My stay at the hotel was quite good overall. The room we had was the same as our last visit, which was great for us. However, it could have been a little cleaner as we found pens and garbage on the floor while trying to unplug the buzzing alarm clock. The rust on some metal in the bathroom was a bit off-putting. The service was very helpful in getting us a room and assisting with extending our stay, but at times, the staff seemed more focused on their screens than guests. The location was relaxing, and we enjoyed our time, although there were minor issues like slamming doors and hair in the dresser. The dining experience was disappointing with a grab bag that didn't meet our expectations. The hotel's facilities were decent, although there were some noticeable maintenance issues.
